Seasonal Bilingual Credentialed Tax Professional – Work From Home
Intuit is seeking tax experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do In this role, you will help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. By providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will be working toward advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
Interact with customers through video communication software, document interactions, and maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
At least 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
Possess an active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) written and spoken communication skills.
Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing Intuit’s brand.
Excellent customer service skills and excited to interact with customers via video and audio tools.
What You Need
Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is as follows:
Bay Area, California: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30 per hour
New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
New York: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30 per hour
Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
Washington: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
Washington DC: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
Positions are eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with applicable plans and programs.
