Your Opportunity Taylor Corporation is looking for an
Accountant
to join our finance team.
Responsibilities
Journal entries and reconciliations
Ensure compliance with Internal Audit, GAAP, and IFRS
Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports
Analyze trends, costs, revenues, and financial commitments to predict future revenues and expenses
Report organizational finances to management and offer suggestions on resource utilization, tax strategies, and budget forecasts
You Must Have
Solid understanding of accounts payable
Understanding of lease accounting
Strong foundation of revenue and cash accounting
Assist with preparation and review of financial statements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience in the field or related area
We Would Also Prefer
Understanding of accounting systems
Understanding of budget support
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $75,000 – $85,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
