We are seeking a highly capable Personal Assistant to support their Founder & CEO in managing day-to-day personal operations and lifestyle logistics.

The Role We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to the Founder & CEO. This is a critical, high-trust role requiring exceptional judgment, flexibility, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

The ideal candidate will serve as the CEO’s trusted right hand on the personal side—managing schedules, travel, household operations, and personal priorities with precision, confidentiality, and urgency. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of ensuring the CEO’s personal life runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Personal Scheduling & Coordination

Manage the CEO’s personal calendar, appointments, and social engagements with discretion and professionalism.

Coordinate scheduling to ensure alignment with personal priorities and commitments.

Personal Errands & Household Support

Handle a wide range of personal tasks and errands, including reservations, appointments, and day-to-day logistics.

Coordinate household services and vendors (maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, etc.).

Manage home operations and maintain upkeep while the family is away or traveling.

Personal Travel Planning

Arrange personal and family travel, including complex itineraries and private flights when required.

Plan trips end-to-end, including accommodations, transportation, activities, and special requests.

Support the CEO’s work-life balance through thoughtful planning and execution.

Event & Lifestyle Management

Coordinate and organize personal events, social gatherings, and special occasions.

Assist with gifting, celebrations, and relationship management as needed.

Confidentiality & Discretion

Handle all personal matters, communications, and documentation with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Personal Communication Hub

Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO on personal matters.

Screen, prioritize, and respond to personal emails, phone calls, and correspondence.

Act as the main liaison for personal vendors and service providers.

Submit, track, and reconcile personal expense reports and credit card statements.

Track confidential documents, pay utilities, and assist with personal budget tracking.

Home & Asset Management

Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.

Oversee vehicle maintenance, servicing, registration, and cleanings.

Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the CEO’s home(s) for the CEO and family.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant supporting a C-level executive (CEO preferred)

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail

Ability to anticipate needs, work independently, and take initiative without explicit direction

High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Flexible schedule with willingness to work occasional non-traditional hours

Willingness and ability to travel with the CEO (approximately 15%)

Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting a high-net-worth individual or founder

Experience in a startup, technology, or high-growth environment

Experience managing Airbnb or short-term rental properties
