Own overall program schedules for dummy unit development and delivery, using Microsoft Project to meet global launch dates Lead cross-functional execution with Global Program Management, CXD Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, and external suppliers Manage supplier quoting, selection, development, and ongoing performance Track product development changes (DVT1 through OK2RAMP) and manage design or tooling updates impacting dummy units Oversee part setup, pricing, and ordering in Windchill and Co-Work Procurement Manage global order intake, supplier production priorities, shipping schedules, and issue resolution Create and manage PRs/POs; process Goods Receipts and invoice approvals in ARIBA Support quality feedback and approval during dummy unit development Manage 16–24 active programs simultaneously with minimal oversight Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 1‑2+ years of experience in program management, operations, supply chain, or product launch roles Preferred Qualifications
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project Proven ability to manage multiple complex programs in parallel Experience working with global, cross-functional teams Experience supporting consumer electronics or hardware launches Familiarity with Windchill, ARIBA, and procurement systems Supplier management and sourcing experience Strong execution, communication, and stakeholder management skills The base salary budgeted range for this position is $65k - 85kK.
