The team of analysts, engineers, leaders, and managers is responsible for ensuring the greatest product quality for 65 iconic brands across P&G’s global supply chain. Opportunity
P&G is seeking a Warehouse Digital Operations Leader to spearhead innovation by collaborating with internal teams and external partners to develop, test, and implement cutting‑edge technologies that automate processes across North American warehouses. As an Operations Leader you will be part of the technology platform team, delivering effective solutions to manufacturing sites and addressing challenges through physical and digital automation, ultimately driving greater value. Daily Responsibilities
Deliver and start up algorithms, initiatives, and projects. Collaborate with experts, other functions, and manufacturing sites to create the best solutions. Design innovative new logic or functions to expand the scope of technology and drive business transformations. Create and improve standards to enable the achievement of performance targets. Design digital systems to partner with automation technology to drive out losses. Understand and work with state‑of‑the‑art robotics and automated equipment. Ensure new automation fits into the overall warehouse flow and enables the site to deliver its KPIs. Identify, prioritize, analyze, and eliminate losses and inefficiencies. Qualifications
Required 2+ years professional experience working with Python and SQL/database queries. Technical proficiency across one or more of the following: Power BI; reinforcement learning; data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SciPy); machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit‑learn). Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable conclusions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly motivated with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment. Passionate about developing technical fluency. Willing to travel on the job 25‑50%. Must be able to work 3 days per week in Cincinnati, Ohio based office. Preferred 2+ years of experience in automation, warehousing, operations, or logistics. Pay Range
