Brunel is seeking an experienced Turnaround Scheduler III to support refinery turnaround activities. The role focuses on integrated scheduling, contractor coordination, critical path analysis, and earned value reporting to ensure project milestones are met.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain integrated project schedules
Review contractor schedules for compliance with project standards
Build and maintain CPM logic and critical path
Monitor progress and perform earned value analysis
Analyze schedule variances and develop recovery plans
Coordinate schedule inputs from Engineering, Procurement, and Construction
Support weekly schedule review meetings
Report schedule status to project and functional management
Required Experience
Minimum 5 years of scheduling experience on downstream or refinery projects
Knowledge of CPM and earned value management
Experience reviewing and integrating contractor schedules
Familiarity with refinery equipment and turnaround environments
Ability to work independently in fast-paced execution phases
Preferred Qualifications
Refinery turnaround experience
Experience working extended hours during turnarounds
Work Schedule
50 hours per week initially
Possibility of extension
