Responsibilities
Prospecting new business
Overseeing staff activities and customer requests
Partner with the sales and operations teams for optimal customer satisfaction
Present a streamlined technology solution and develop a detailed analysis of customized needs in challenging areas
Travel regularly to meet with key clients
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Ability to work both independently and within a team
5‑7 years of experience in international freight forwarding, with a focus on ocean and air
High energy, passion for maintaining/retaining relationships with outside clients and vendors
Self‑starter with strong organization and presentation skills
