Job Overview Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
Compensation Base Pay Range: $15.00/hr – $28.00/hr
Hourly wage: $15 – $28 per hour.
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour under specific circumstances; premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
