About The Role
In this role, you will support the store leadership team by performing functional tasks as assigned, acting as a role model to employees, and ensuring the execution of tasks and processes to meet productivity goals. Through collaboration with your leadership team, your goal is to role‑model and teach your team, drive customer‑focused behaviors, and deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience. What You’ll Do
Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment. Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs. Become an expert in the brand’s selling behaviors and role‑model these behaviors with every customer. Support the sales leader during non‑peak hours, keeping the customer as the primary focus. Collaborate effectively with employees and ensure work tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Build and share expertise in the product lifecycle. Complete work before or after store operating hours, including opening and/or closing checklists. Leverage omni‑channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience. Ensure all compliance standards are met. Who You Are

$17.40 – $21.75 USD Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet the minimum wage or the minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
