Your Role and Responsibilities
Work with a variety of teams and stakeholders to drive supply commits and manage changing engineering needs for the New Product Introduction team, specifically with the Quantum Computing program.
Communicate with suppliers via web and email; manage open orders and shipments; review product structure changes; request quotes; adjust orders; create own tracking systems.
Interact with the Quantum Development team and international suppliers; SAP and Ariba experience is a plus.
Qualification and Education
Bachelor's Degree.
Key Skills
Strong Excel and technical skills.
Ability to learn on the fly.
Adaptability.
Communication.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Focus Areas
Logistics – Shipping/Receiving International.
Manufacturing – Consumer electronics or other technical hardware.
Procurement – RFQs & supplier relationships.
Suppliers – Experience working with suppliers and negotiations (international is helpful).
Supply Chain – College degrees or classes with supply chain focus.
Seniority Level: Mid‑Senior level. Employment Type: Full‑time.
