Overview iNRCORE Group is a leading provider of high‑reliability passive electronic components for mission‑critical applications. With fourteen manufacturing facilities and over 1,000+ employees, we are growing fast and looking for an experienced HR professional to lead multi‑site operations on the West Coast.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary HR point of contact for facilities in California, Oregon, and Mexico.

Manage HR operations across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with company policies and U.S. & Mexican labor laws.

Lead employee relations initiatives, investigations, and conflict resolution.

Collaborate with plant managers, presidents, and general managers to align HR practices with operational goals.

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for all sites.

Provide workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development support.

Monitor HR metrics and deliver actionable insights to leadership.

Coordinate with local HR teams in Tecate and Mexicali to support business needs.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree or HR certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM‑SCP) preferred.

Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Experience managing HR across multiple locations and cultural environments.

Solid knowledge of HRIS systems and data management.

Hands‑on experience in recruitment processes, including applicant screening and selection.

Strong problem‑solving, time‑management, and results‑oriented work ethic.

Excellent communication skills; ability to interact professionally at all levels.

Fluency in Spanish required; bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Willingness to travel up to 25 %‑30 % and adapt to changing priorities.

Experience in manufacturing environments and multi‑country, multi‑cultural settings preferred.
