Team Leader
Goodwill Industries of Kentucky is looking for a high‑energy, positive, team‑mindful Team Leader to support our retail store operation. The role is essential for delivering outstanding customer service and upholding our core values of respect, excellence, and integrity.
Job Details Pay:
$13.50 per hour;
Job Type:
Full‑time;
Hours:
Monday‑Sunday 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direction and model job duties to other Production Clerks.
Greet donors and customers, offering assistance with great customer service.
Sort materials, stock stores, and rotate inventory as needed.
Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED (preferred).
Basic math skills; proficiency in making change and completing paperwork promptly.
Experience coaching or training one‑on‑one with Production Clerks (preferred).
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Physical Demands
Light to medium work involving sitting, bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping, repetitive motions, and frequent lifting/pushing/pulling 10–20 pounds (occasionally 20–50 pounds).
Ability to perform material handling with few restrictions and minimal supervision.
Capability to work a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Travel to other locations beyond the assigned work location is not required.
