Role Summary The Project Manager leads the integration phase of the ATRRS mainframe modernization effort, coordinating the delivery and implementation of Deterministic AI‑generated Java code into the existing ATRRS application ecosystem. This role provides overall execution leadership across development, integration, testing, and release coordination, ensuring schedule discipline, quality control, and stakeholder alignment for a mission‑critical Army system.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and control scope, schedule, cost, and performance for integration activities
Coordinate intake, review, and integration of AWS/TSRI‑delivered code spirals
Manage dependencies across Java backend, .NET web tier, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL
Oversee GitLab CI/CD milestone planning and release coordination
Lead risk, issue, and change management processes
Administer and enforce quality control procedures aligned with ATRRS standards
Facilitate status meetings, reporting, and stakeholder communications
Coordinate work across all Halvik teams and labor categories
Certification:
Project Management Professional (PMP)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
Years of Experience
10+ years overall IT experience
7+ years managing enterprise IT projects of similar size and complexity
5+ years managing modernization or integration programs
