Position Overview We have an exciting opportunity to support the creation of the Enterprise Inventory Control team! Reporting to our Director of Asset Protection, the Enterprise Inventory Control Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring inventory accuracy, visibility and integrity across all selling channels.

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze inventory variances across all selling channels (retail, e‑commerce and wholesale)

Conduct root cause analysis from mis shipments, variances, receipt errors and system discrepancies.

Partner with Retail leadership to ensure consistent inventory levels to support business needs.

Maintain consistent reporting cadences on inventory health, trends and exceptions.

Support cycle count, physical inventory and/or exception‑based audit programs.

Ensure data integrity between various systems that integrate company inventory.

Verify compliance with inventory procedures, documentation standards and audit expectations.

Ideal Candidate

2-4+ years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, retail operations or related analytical roles.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables) and data visualization tools.

Experience with WMS or other inventory management systems.

Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional partners.

Detail‑oriented with a high degree of accuracy and problem‑solving ability.
