Job Description Position Title : Blend Plant Supervisor

Pay Rate : $57,200 - $76,300

Category/Shift : Salaried Full‑Time

Physical Location : Tucker, GA

Position Description This position is part of the Specialty Products Division and reports to the Manufacturing Manager of the Marysville Specialty Products group. It is a full‑time, salaried exempt role responsible for all aspects of the manufacturing operation, including safety, scheduling, production, shipping/receiving, inventory management, housekeeping, preventative maintenance, leading the blend plant team, reporting, and more.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise hourly employee crew and daily production activities for a single shift operation.

Implement plant initiatives for safety, quality, productivity, housekeeping, waste, and other continuous improvement areas.

Monitor program effectiveness and work to improve performance across all areas.

Process orders, supervise and participate in production, and ensure all orders are prepared for shipment.

Ship and receive products.

Complete daily paperwork and clean the plant at the end of each workday.

Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge

Proven leader with supervisory experience, goal‑oriented, self‑starter with strong communication and computer skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.

Excellent customer service skills.

Interest and desire to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Prior ink experience preferred; familiarity with ink manufacturing processes.

Knowledge of ink dispensing systems is a plus.
