Condominium Property & Leasing Manager
to oversee day‑to‑day condominium operations while also supporting
leasing management for individual unit owners
where applicable. Condominium management is the
core focus
of this role. In addition, the Property Manager may assist unit owners with leasing activities, acting as an operational and procedural resource for both ownership and residents. The role currently supports
Helios' first Cambridge condominium building , and the number of properties managed will gradually
expand as the company develops additional buildings . This position works closely with ownership and the
parent company’s business development team , helping ensure operational readiness as the portfolio grows. Key Responsibilities (Condominium & Property Management)
Condo Set Up: assist business development with final condo document preparation, rules & regulations & logistics Resident Move‑ins: assist business development and manage the new resident move‑in process Oversee daily building operations, maintenance coordination, and vendor management Serve as the primary operational contact for residents, unit owners, and association leadership Respond to service requests and operational questions with sound judgment and professionalism Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and condominium governing documents Prepare and manage
operating budgets, financial statements, reserves, and property records Maintain and administer condominium documentation , including master deeds, bylaws, rules & regulations, insurance, and resale packages Work closely with
condominium boards, trustees, and association representatives , including meeting preparation, reporting, and follow‑up Support capital improvements, renovations, and long‑term maintenance planning Leasing Support for Unit Owners (Secondary Focus)
Assist unit owners with leasing inquiries, tenant screening, applications, and move‑ins Prepare and execute lease agreements; manage renewals, move‑outs, and unit turnover Maintain leasing data, rent rolls, and occupancy reports where applicable Provide guidance on leasing procedures, market pricing, and compliance with association rules Coordinate listings and marketing materials with internal teams Work closely with the
parent company’s business development team
to support new condominium projects, building launches, and operational planning Help establish scalable systems, procedures, and best practices as additional properties are added to the portfolio What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of condominium property management experience Experience working directly with condo boards, trustees, and association representatives Strong understanding of condominium governance, budgeting, and financial reporting Ability to independently answer operational, procedural, and compliance‑related questions Strong communication, organization, and customer‑service skills Familiarity with real estate management software (Buildium experience a plus) Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Mandarin Chinese fluency is a strong plus and highly desired Willingness to work in‑office with after‑hours availability for urgent property matters Nice to Have
Experience managing Boston‑area condominium or mixed‑use properties Knowledge of local rental laws, condo regulations, and building codes Experience supporting owner‑occupied and investor‑owned units within a condo association Basic marketing, photography, or digital content skills Fluency in additional languages beyond English (Mandarin especially valued) Why This Role
