Who We’re Looking For A focused, competitive, and hardworking individual who excels in creating opportunities and building relationships. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing senior consultants and contractors to meet client needs across diverse industries.

What You’ll Do

Creatively source and recruit senior consultants/contractors through referrals, prospecting, and cold calling

Build a robust pipeline of highly qualified candidates to meet client demands

Cultivate and maintain long‑term relationships with consultants, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business

Utilize CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other platforms to track and gather market intelligence

Negotiate competitive pay rates to attract top talent

Collaborate closely with account executives to fulfill client staffing requirements efficiently

Strive to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets

Job Requirements Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

2-3+ years of sales or recruiting experience required.

Ability to stay focused on tasks while sitting at a desk for long periods of time.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with constant shifting demands.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, especially the ability to communicate effectively over the phone.

Strong problem‑solving abilities.

Openness to coaching and willingness to follow directions from supervisors and higher‑ups.
