This role is well-suited for an attorney with judicial clerkship experience and prior law firm exposure who is eager to handle complex patent litigation matters and continue developing deep technical and advocacy skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle intellectual property and patent litigation matters
Conduct in-depth legal research and draft high-quality briefs and motions
Collaborate with attorneys to develop litigation strategy
Advocate effectively in court and other legal proceedings
Qualifications
At least one year of judicial clerkship experience, preferably at the federal level
2–6 years of prior law firm experience in relevant practice areas
Admission to the State Bar of California or eligibility to practice in California
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred
Excellent research, writing, and advocacy skills
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and collaboratively
