About the Role We’re looking to hire a lawyer with experience handling first‑party insurance litigation (residential and commercial property) who has experience in legal research, writing, advising clients, and negotiating settlements with insurance adjusters and attorneys. First‑party bad faith litigation with Personal Injury experience is optimal. It is a full‑time, on‑site associate attorney position.
Responsibilities
Handle first‑party insurance litigation (residential and commercial property)
Conduct legal research and writing
Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and attorneys
Engage in first‑party bad faith litigation
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar
