Mobile Crisis Team

PORT Health
as a part‑time counselor, supporting individuals in behavioral health crises. Your role focuses on assessment, intervention, and crisis planning, ensuring safety, stabilization, and hope for patients and families.
Responsibilities
Provide on‑site assessments and therapeutic interventions to individuals experiencing behavioral health crises.
Develop strength‑based crisis plans and coordinate follow‑up care.
Collaborate with families, law enforcement, hospitals, and community partners to ensure timely, coordinated care.
Participate in crisis phone support rotation and work in community or office‑based settings.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive hourly rate: $20.00 per hour for part‑time work.
403(b) Retirement Plan.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with minimum of two years of crisis experience with MH/DD/SA population.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
Strong communication skills and ability to connect families to community resources.
Willingness to provide care in community and office‑based settings.
