Construction & Business Litigation Attorney
A well-established law firm founded in
2000
is seeking a
3-5 year Associate Attorney
to join its growing
construction and business litigation
practice. Built to serve clients in complex business and construction-related matters, the firm has expanded to
multiple attorneys across two offices
and maintains a strong regional presence throughout
South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia .
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is ready to
take ownership of cases —from strategy through resolution—and be truly responsible for their matters, with the support of experienced colleagues and a collaborative team environment.
What You'll Do
Manage construction and business litigation matters with increasing autonomy
Handle cases from inception through discovery, motion practice, and resolution
Work directly with clients and opposing counsel
Collaborate with seasoned litigators who value mentorship and professional growth
What They're Looking For
3-5 years of litigation experience (construction or business litigation strongly preferred, but open to insurance defense candidates)
Ability to run cases independently and take responsibility for matters
Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
Licensed in South Carolina
Location
Greenville or Columbia, SC (flexibility depending on the candidate)
Why This Firm
Exceptional stability and culture — over 10 attorneys placed here since 2021, with zero turnover
Long-standing firm with a strong reputation in construction and business litigation
Supportive environment that trusts associates with real responsibility
A place where attorneys build long-term careers, not stepping stones
If you're looking for a firm where you can
grow, be trusted with meaningful work, and stay long-term , this is a standout opportunity.
