Litigation Attorney

Small civil personal injury defense trial firm located in Hagerstown, Maryland, who practices throughout Maryland and D.C., is looking to hire an associate who is dedicated, eager to learn, and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

Managing own caseload

Collaborating with partners on complex legal issues

Interacting with legal staff and clients

Representing clients both in and out of the courtroom

Qualifications

Seeking an associate who wants to be in a courtroom, is excited for challenges, and wants to build a career

J.D. completed

Admitted to Maryland bar and either admitted or potential to waive into D.C.

Strong research and writing skills, detail oriented, and interested in courtroom work

Able to multitask and work under deadlines, both collaboratively and independently

Self‑motivated

Prior experience not necessary, but a plus
