Job Summary
Investigate insurance claims as part of the Interview Team at Frasco. The role involves scene investigations, gathering evidence, handling document signings, wellness checks, daily updates, and preparing detailed investigation reports. The position may be full‑time or part‑time and is based in Los Angeles, California.
Compensation
Hourly Rate:
$22 - $28 per hour (Weekly Pay) Commensurate with experience and performance
Travel Time:
compensated at 100% of regular hourly rate after reasonable commute
Mileage Reimbursement:
$0.55 per mile
Paid Administrative Time:
paid at regular hourly rate
Paid Training:
paid at regular hourly rate
Reports To Regional Manager
Essential Job Functions
Conduct insurance claim investigations, including taking recorded claimant and witness statements and performing scene investigations
Complete multiple types of complex claim investigations
Review assignments and supporting documentation to determine case objectives and client expectations
Submit daily updates regarding work performed on each case
Maintain a sufficient level of client billable hours
Prepare and dictate detailed investigation reports
Adhere to strict due dates
Requirements
Strong attention to detail with commitment to accuracy and quality
Effective communication skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to work from a home‑based office with flexible hours
Valid driver’s license and vehicle
Minimum auto insurance coverage: $100,000 each person/$300,000 each accident bodily injury/$50,000 property damage
Smartphone, printer, scanner, desktop/laptop computer with a good internet connection
Ability to model behaviors that reflect Frasco’s core values
Capacity to contact clients, strategize, and proceed accordingly
Preferred Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice or related field
Bi‑lingual in Spanish and English
Customer service experience
