Job Summary Assists with accounting, budgeting, reimbursement, and administration. Ensures the effectiveness and efficiency of all departmental operations. Develops and maintains budgets, revises policies and procedures, manages staffing and quality assessment/improvement, and ensures compliance with regulatory bodies (state, federal, and joint commission). Supervises and directs the activities of assigned personnel using professional and supervisory discretion.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience (required)
Master's Degree (preferred)
Seven years of experience (preferred)
Five years of leadership experience (preferred)
Essential Functions
Analyzes and identifies trends affecting quality of services; implements corrective plans.
Assists in developing and implementing the annual department budget. Collaborates with leadership to determine training and education needs and develop goals.
Prepares and analyzes financial reports for internal and external purposes; ensures payroll processes are timely, accurate, and compliant with labor laws.
Develops and maintains standard performance reports; serves as a resource agent for personnel, providing guidance and problem‑solving support.
Implements progressive discipline and documents all related information accurately.
Performs other job‑related duties as assigned.
