Job Description The Senior Coordinator, Music Clearance, will provide comprehensive reporting, music clearance, cue sheet, and licensing services for FOX Sports.

Diligently review and verify a heavy volume of music licenses and cue sheets for strict accuracy and compliance.

Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships, delivering service-first support to FOX Sports production teams

Perform detailed research to determine copyright status and ownership of music

Negotiate clearance terms with music rights holders

Maintain metadata for music cue information

Generate reports to monitor compliance and productivity

Proactively assess music needs and provide alternative suggestions of music to fit within the budget

Exhibit a commitment to strong client service and possess excellent interpersonal abilities

Facilitate creative collaboration across all FOX Sports platforms

Assist with other department projects as needed

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

1-3 years of experience in music clearance and licensing

Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge and understanding of music copyright as it relates to the music industry

Exceptional organizational skills and an unwavering attention to detail

Tech‑savvy, with strong familiarity using cloud‑based document and database management systems

Strong proficiency in computer software applications, including the entire Microsoft Suite

Strong analytical capabilities and judgment

Team‑oriented, highly collaborative, and adaptable to change and innovative ideas

Resourceful, able to pivot quickly, think, and be solution‑oriented

Ability to work proactively, independently, and reliably under tight time limits in a fast‑paced and high‑volume environment

Curious and eager to tackle additional projects as needed

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $32.00‑34.13 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
