Make an impact every day as a Vocational Support Specialist! Starting pay:
$22.50/hr . Caseload across Northern Virginia; office based in Oakton, VA. Support individuals with disabilities in direct labor positions at ServiceSource, providing hands‑on assistance at job sites to help them succeed and achieve greater independence. Responsibilities
Ensure vocational and non‑vocational needs of assigned individuals are met. Complete required documentation (Person‑Centered Plans, Individual Eligibility Evaluations) accurately and on time. Maintain familiarity with Medicaid, HCBS, CARF, AbilityOne, and other entities; keep case records in compliance with regulations. Reconcile biweekly and monthly attendance reports. Provide training to and coordinate with operational personnel to implement vocational supports. Write, review, and revise support plans to keep the Person‑Centered Plan current and appropriate. Coordinate services with local case management agencies to facilitate comprehensive program services. Maintain familiarity with behavior management techniques and conduct quality assurance checks on data and attendance records. Maintain up‑to‑date participant information and coordinate assessments for assigned individuals and new referrals. Qualifications
One year of experience working with individuals with disabilities is required. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for work‑related travel are required; good MVR is required. Willingness and availability to travel to multiple locations, sometimes on short notice, is required. Willingness and availability to work flexible hours, which may include infrequent weekends and evenings, is required. Experience in writing or supporting Person‑Centered Plan outcomes is preferred. Knowledge of Medicaid Waiver documentation is preferred. Benefits for Eligible Employees
