The Houston, TX office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an associate attorney to join its Corporate Practice. The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in Texas and have at least four (4) to seven (7) years of experience representing clients in connection with corporate and real estate business transactions, including mergers & acquisitions.
Lewis Brisbois’ Corporate Practice advises large, mid‑size, and small companies and investors in a wide range of corporate and business transactions including, but not limited to: choice of business entity and entity formation, corporate governance, corporate finance, federal and state securities, regulations, stock option and deferred compensation plans, commercial law and finance, secured transactions, equipment leasing, international business law matters, and handling mergers & acquisitions and other company reorganizations.
Qualified candidates will possess excellent analytical, legal research, and writing skills, as well as strong communication skills.
