Job Overview ADP is hiring a Client Support Specialist to serve as the front‑line representative for our clients, assisting with issue resolution, answering questions, training users on ADP technology, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

This role focuses on helping clients with between 50 and 999 employees. You will work in a metrics‑driven call center environment, delivering clear, professional communication over the phone and in writing.

Responsibilities

Act as an independent or team consultant servicing ADP products and technology.

Provide solutions for time‑sensitive issues by identifying root causes and offering actionable recommendations.

Build relationships with clients via phone, email, and chat, exceeding expectations in every interaction.

Educate clients on product value and provide training and best‑practice recommendations.

Maintain a daily schedule and manage a high volume of inbound calls, including peak season increases.

Required Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in client/customer service or systems integration.

Ability to work overtime during peak seasons.

Fluency in English and Spanish.

College degree preferred but not required; equivalent experience is acceptable.
