Job Overview Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Fill and dispense online orders accurately and efficiently.
Locate, prepare, and package merchandise for online orders.
Ensure the accuracy of orders before pick up.
Make appropriate product substitutions when necessary.
Consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
Compensation Base pay range: $21.00/hr - $34.00/hr.
Hourly Wage: $21 - $34 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
