Base pay range $65,000.00/yr – $75,000.00/yr

Business Development Manager Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a structured external outreach strategy to generate non‑paid referrals.
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, physicians, elder‑law attorneys, financial planners, senior centers, employers, and faith‑based organizations.
Re‑engage dormant referral sources and past prospects.
Plan and host professional lunches, educational events, and community programs.
Represent the community at networking events and local organizations.
Serve as a brand ambassador for the community and Solera Senior Living.
Support inquiry follow‑up and tours during peak periods as needed.
Maintain accurate CRM documentation and referral tracking.
Performance Indicators
Growth in non‑paid referral inquiries.
Expansion of active referral partners.
Referral inquiry‑to‑tour conversion.
Quality and consistency of outreach events.
Increased repeat referrals.
Business Development Manager Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or relationship‑based sales.
Proven success in external business development and community outreach.
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a local territory.
CRM experience preferred.
