Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 per year

Job overview: Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, permitting, design, and site development of integrated solid‑waste facilities for local government, municipal solid‑waste, industrial, and energy‑sector clients. The role involves quality control, client interfacing, proposal development, mentoring junior engineers, and coordinating with other CEC practices for integrated service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage solid‑waste project teams from concept through construction.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality‑control plans.
Interface with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to ensure compliance and project success.
Prepare and review technical proposals, reports, and contractual documents.
Mentor and supervise junior engineers and technical staff.
Collaborate across CEC practices to provide integrated project services.
Qualifications
B.S. in Civil Engineering.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Experience in waste management, permitting, and site development.
Strong client‑relationship skills and business‑development mindset.
