Pay Range $37.80 /hr - $55.40 /hr (actual pay based on skills and experience; discuss with recruiter).

Responsibilities The step‑down
Progressive Care Unit
cares for a variety of adult patients who require monitoring but do not warrant ICU care. Responsibilities include continuous monitoring and complex 24‑hour care using specialized equipment in a fast‑paced environment, providing life‑saving interventions, collaborating with other specialties, and educating patients and families. The unit features private rooms with lift equipment and bedside computers for instant access to medical records. Collaboration, teamwork, and attentiveness to patients’ needs are essential. Sign‑on and relocation bonuses are available for qualified candidates.
Qualifications
Minimum Associate Degree in Nursing (degree from accredited program preferred)
Registered Nurse license in New Mexico or a Compact State Nursing License
BLS certification required at time of hire
