Base Pay Range : $90,000 – $110,000 per year.

Responsibilities
Heavy scheduling, calendar management, and email correspondence.
Facilitate daily office operations; partner with vendors, open mail, set up conference rooms.
Observe, review and analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Support HR leadership in building new procedures and policies, including onboarding and new‑hire orientation.
Serve as a partner to internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive; act as gatekeeper and thought partner.
Requirements and Skills
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant in a professional services environment.
Strong time‑management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with colleagues.
Effective communication—speaking, writing, and active listening.
Excellent strategic planning and problem‑solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
Comfortable with a fast‑paced, start‑up environment.
