The shift for this role is Tuesdays 11:30am - 8:00pm and Fridays 8:00am - 4:30pm.*****Skyline,**a **Transforming Age community.** We offer excellent benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K, as well as, generous Paid Time Off and other unique perks.Our **Receptionist/Concierge**:* Assists with greeting residents, team members, appropriate parties, and the public* Takes calls, schedule meetings and appointments, and other front desk duties as assigned* Provides exceptional customer service to our team* Performs general administrative tasks (taking messages, routing calls, taking memos/notes.* Distributes packages, mail, and other deliveries.* Maintains office supplies, order new inventory as needed.* Performs other duties as assigned.**What you need to succeed:*** A high school diploma or equivalent education, training and experience* At least one year of previous experience in a concierge or similar role preferred.* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat and/or Adobe Reader* Current first aid/CPR certification may be required per state/local guidelines.* Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills* Completion of background check and drug screening. Pre-employment screenings may include Physical, TB Test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
