Qualifications
Strong skills in communication and customer service to foster client relationships and address customer needs effectively.
Proven experience in sales and sales management, with the ability to meet and exceed targets while mentoring and guiding team members.
Experience in conducting training sessions to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work collaboratively within a team environment.
Proficiency in using customer management and marketing tools is a strong advantage.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Knowledge or experience in the construction or project management industry would be beneficial.
