Job Summary Merchandising Services Company’s vision is to be the premier merchandising company in the US. We are looking for a Convenience Store Merchandising Manager. Starting salary $40,000–$45,000 per year with opportunities for advancement.
Primary Job Functions This position will be responsible for the assigned geographic area, including the development, growth, management, and execution of all merchandising business for Merchandising Services Co. In a convenience store setting, responsibilities may include utilizing a Plan‑O‑Gram to complete the merchandising of existing in‑store products, tagging, moving, and rearranging products on shelves, bins, coolers, and other areas.
Requirements, Education, Experience, and Equipment
At least 18 years old, valid Real ID‑verified driver’s license or passport for air travel, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
Must possess and safely operate an insured personal vehicle suitable (truck, van, SUV, or car with trailer hitch).
High school diploma/GED required; Associate or Bachelor Degree preferred.
Prefer 3+ years in Beverage (CSD/Beer) industry background, including resets and merchandising of beverage coolers and center store products.
Prior management and/or recruiting experience desired.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Smartphone device capable of submitting payroll and reports.
PC or laptop.
Must be able to travel frequently within assigned business unit or other territories as needed.
