NIMBUS is seeking an Executive Assistant with at least 3 years’ experience in the Louisville, KY area. This position is responsible for providing day‑to‑day support to the CEO, Managing Partner, and other senior leaders, maintaining contact files, preparing and processing internal communications, managing calendars, and coordinating travel accommodations. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not required)
3+ years experience as executive, administrative, or operations assistant
Polished and professional written and oral communication skills
Experience handling busy calendars for multiple executives
Assists with event organization and planning as needed
Arrange detailed travel plans and itineraries
Assist with setting up video presentations in conference rooms or meetings outside the office
Generate forms, memos, emails, reports, scans and print copies as requested
Prepare and edit communication correspondence, presentations and other documents
File and retrieve documents and reference materials
Coordinate with other departments as requested
Answer incoming telephone calls and forwards calls/messages to appropriate person
Other admin tasks needed
