Job Description As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they entered. You are the face of our company, proud of it, and passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.
Responsibilities
Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for with a “friends first” mindset.
Educate guests on AE and Aerie product details and suggest items that fit their needs.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
Be flexible across the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
Assist teammates and foster teamwork to get the job done.
Act with integrity, following AEO policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Love interacting with people.
Energetic and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Passion for AE and Aerie products.
Previous retail experience preferred.
At least 16 years of age.
