Bloom Café & Restaurant, located inside Ka La'i Waikiki Beach, LXR Hotels & Resorts (223 Saratoga Road, Honolulu 96815), is seeking a Restaurant Server to provide an outstanding dining experience for our guests and support a high‑spirited team.
Overview As a Food Server, you will serve food and beverages, maintain guest satisfaction, and help the hotel deliver outstanding service and profitability.
Responsibilities
Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Maintain knowledge of the menu, promotions, and specials.
Take and enter guest orders using the point‑of‑sale system.
Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders promptly.
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
Serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations.
Keep the serving station well‑stocked at all times.
