Overview Manages and implements internal and third‑party programs and relationships that drive sales of Paychex products and services.
Responsibilities
Develops and implements marketing programs and promotions, coordinating with referral partners to maximize product visibility within distribution channels.
Coordinates with various Paychex functional areas to ensure operational support of assigned programs.
Executes programs with the Sales organization to ensure effective utilization of opportunities.
Acts as primary corporate contact and program manager for assigned programs and/or partners, providing a single point of contact and company‑wide perspective.
Analyzes performance of assigned programs and partnerships, taking steps to maximize performance.
Assists in ongoing development of the company's distribution channel.
Sources new third‑party referral and partnership opportunities to support company growth goals.
Acts as project manager/lead to ensure departmental needs are met and team actions align with departmental goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree – Required
Master's Degree – Preferred
6 years of experience in Marketing
Compensation Starting base pay range: $92,300 – $120,000 (base pay only; additional components contribute to total rewards).
