Job Overview Part‑time Brand Ambassador brings the Aerie brand to life in store, providing an exceptional shopping experience, building brand loyalty with guests, and representing company values with authenticity.
Responsibilities
Use the AEO Selling Model to engage every guest, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for with a "friends first" mindset.
Share passion for AE & Aerie products, educating guests on product details and making product suggestions to fit their needs.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
Flex between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed, bringing skill to every zone.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy, keeping guest experience top priority.
Assist teammates in teamwork and getting the job done.
Act with integrity, always adhering to AEO’s policies & procedures.
Qualifications
Love interacting with people and full of energy.
Handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Love AE and Aerie products.
Prior retail experience (practice makes perfect).
At least 16 years of age.
Benefits & Compensation
Actual starting pay determined by experience and location.
Eligible for paid sick leave; AEO may provide rewards at discretion.
