Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Additional compensation types Annual Bonus and Commission

Qualifications

Design and Layout skills for kitchens and bathrooms

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills

Proficiency in design software (2020) and tools

Attention to Detail and Organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in the home improvement or cabinetry industry is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
