Responsibilities
Deliver direct implementation of ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA.
Collect data on client goals and document progress.
Work in diverse settings—home, community, school, clinic—with clients who have autism or related disabilities.
Apply positive behavior support techniques to address problem behaviors.
Assist with caregiver training and support.
Maintain punctuality and session schedules.
Submit timecards and complete clinical notes per company policy.
Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs to enhance service delivery.
Adhere to ethical standards and company policies related to ABA service delivery.
Support new hire training through shadowing and overlap opportunities.
Qualifications And Requirements
Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
Preferred Education: Currently enrolled in college or has completed some college coursework.
Experience: Minimum 6 months of direct work experience or exposure to individuals with disabilities.
Availability: At least 15 hours per week during afternoons and evenings (3:00 pm–8:00 pm).
Age Requirement: 18 years or older.
Transportation: Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance (travel time compensation provided).
Background and Health: Must pass a criminal background check, TB tests, pre‑employment physical/fit for duty exam, and provide proof of immunity to MMR and Varicella.
