About The Role The Assistant Studio Manager supports studio operations, drives membership sales, and delivers high-quality 1:1 BODY20® EMS sessions.
What You’ll Do
Drive personal membership sales by conducting in-studio sales consultations
Manage the sales funnel by making calls, text messages & emails to leads to book them for in-studio demonstration workouts
Deliver safe, effective, and personalized 1-on-1 BODY20® coaching sessions for members when required
Build strong client relationships and ensure an exceptional in-studio experience
Support local marketing events and grassroots lead generation efforts
Help maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and equipment standards
Assist in other areas of studio operations to grow the business
Qualifications
1+ year of experience in fitness, sales, coaching, or studio operations.
Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent (optional, but preferred).
Energetic, team-oriented, sales-driven, and passionate about helping people succeed.
