at 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in Wilmington, MA, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while driving sales. No experience? No problem! We offer full training to help you succeed. You will participate in daily recorded role‑play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver WOW Service: WOW customers with your friendly attitude and high‑quality service.
Drive and Load Trucks Safely: Team up with colleagues to ensure efficient and safe truck operations.
Junk Removal: Perform physical tasks such as lifting junk (up to 50 lbs) from residential and commercial properties.
Sales Advocacy: Represent 1-800-GOT-JUNK? professionally, provide accurate estimates, and exceed customer expectations.
Safety First: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a professional appearance in uniform.

Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years old.
Valid standard driver’s license.
Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is a plus.
