Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting, developing, and delivering high-quality nursing educational content across Henry Ford Health.
Supports department leadership in setting education goals and milestones.
Partners with colleagues and stakeholders across the system to develop and deploy a variety of learning and development programs to be used both locally and systemwide.
Leads the development of system courses and projects to achieve strategic business objectives.
Responsible for conducting education and training sessions in person and virtually in multiple venues.
Flexibility to allow for travel to Henry Ford Health locations.
Leads the evaluation of individual projects and supports the monitoring and evaluation of the overall education program.
Position: 40 hours per week
Shift: Day Shifts

INTERNAL CANDIDATES MUST APPLY WITH INTERNAL PROFILE
Education & Experience
Master's degree in nursing required.
CRITICAL CARE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
Current Michigan RN licensure required, or ability to obtain Michigan licensure.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and education, educational design, and delivery.
Competence in curriculum or program design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
Experience facilitating courses and creating training materials.
Ability to interpret and assess training and development needs.
Knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles, and of a wide range of training methods, techniques, and formats.
Must be self-directed, proactive, and able to work independently.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
