Supply Chain Consultant

Talent 360 is hiring on behalf of one of our clients for a Supply Chain Consultant.
In this role, you will provide technical and functional support across Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion Applications, while developing, integrating, and maintaining Oracle solutions to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Support Oracle Supply Chain modules (INV, PO, OM, iProcurement) in daily operations and issue resolution.
Assist in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional configurations.
Participate in testing cycles (SIT/UAT), documenting issues and validating fixes.
Help with system configurations, enhancements, and module implementations under senior guidance.
Support data validation, migration activities, and user training preparation.
Document process flows, system changes, and functional procedures.
Collaborate with business users to improve supply chain processes following Oracle best practices.
Provide basic reporting and analysis; SQL knowledge is a plus.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
Basic understanding of supply chain processes (procurement, inventory, order management).
Familiarity with Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules is a plus.
Basic SQL knowledge or willingness to learn.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to learn quickly and work under guidance.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
