Russian Interpreter (Los Angeles, CA)
We are looking for an independent contractor Russian Interpreter for healthcare settings in Los Angeles, CA. This position offers a flexible work schedule with ongoing opportunities. The interpreter will provide professional interpreting services in a medical environment, interpreting between Russian and English in both directions.
Qualifications
Fluency in both Russian and English
Must reside in Los Angeles, CA
Experience providing accurate, complete, and clear interpretation in medical, legal, and community settings
Strong oral interpretation skills between Russian and English in both directions
Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds
Skilled at meeting the communication needs of medical professionals, patients, government agencies, community organizations, and internal stakeholders
Combination of formal interpreter training and/or relevant professional experience
Willingness to obtain required medical clearances, including vaccination/immunization records and background checks
Valid California license
