Elevated Safety Professionals is seeking an experienced Safety Coordinator for a direct‑hire role supporting data center construction projects in the Phoenix area. This position is ideal for a safety professional with a strong background in large‑scale, fast‑paced construction environments and a deep understanding of data center safety requirements.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in a safety role within construction environments
Direct experience supporting data center construction projects (required)
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards
Experience conducting site safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations
Ability to lead safety orientations, toolbox talks, and ongoing training
Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
OSHA 30 (or higher)
Safety certifications such as CHST, ASP, CSP, or equivalent
Experience with high‑risk activities including electrical safety, confined spaces, LOTO, hot work, and work at heights
Familiarity with owner and GC safety expectations on large data center projects
