The Signia by Hilton Atlanta is looking for a Server Assistant to join their Food & Beverage team! Capolinea is our signature fine‑dining restaurant, with a menu spanning traditional Italian and contemporary American cuisines, including delectable handmade pastas, prime‑cut steaks and tableside martini service.
Ideal candidate has at least 2 years of server assistant, busser or similar FOH experience in an upscale, fine dining restaurant. Seeking someone who is reliable and polished.
Shift Pattern:
PM schedule, weekend/holiday availability required.
Pay Rate:
$12.25 per hour

What will I be doing?
Set and prepare tables for dining, including, but not limited to, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc.
Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair
Stock, maintain and clean designated food station(s)
Assist food server(s) with table service, including, but not limited to, serving beverages, breads, etc.
Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
